请教怎么应对对手的light 3bet？

级别NL10
1、Hero（utg）open with QQ，sb call，bb 3bet，hero call，sb fold
flop 568dd，bb c-bet 1/2 pot,hero 3x raise,bb call
turn xd，x-x
river Q，bb allin，hero call，bb KJdd

2、utg open,+1 3bet,hero(+2) call with KK
flop QQT,+1 c-bet 1/3 pot，hero call
turn 9,x-x
river T,+1 bet 1/2 pot,hero call,+1 QJhh

统计来看NL 10对手3bet 频率明显偏高，经常看到一百手左右3bet 频率12%+，夸张的甚至有30+的，事实也证明对手的3bet 范围整体手牌强度是比较弱（可以排除被针对，Hero 数据是比较紧的，vpip 24左右，pfr 15左右）
那么问题来了，他们这样打，肯定是不平衡的（容易被light 4bet 剥削以及盲位的call open range极其弱），但是我们应该用什么样的对策能最大程度的对对手进行剥削呢？具体就是说我们用什么牌call对手的3bet，用什么牌4bet？假设我们的open 范围是99+,ATs+,KJs+,AJo+,KQo,45s+（是的我们的范围如此之强 不考虑fold，只考虑call 或者 4bet）
